Current Projects
Bruce St. Dunfermline
An Initial Appraisal of 28-34 Bruce St was completed in July 2009. The Appraisal looked at three potential uses (residential, residential & commercial and Charitable use). The result of the Appraisal gave a positive steer for the project and in February 2010 Fife Historic Buildings Trust appointed SBPT to develop the findings of the Initial Appraisal. Funding for this work will come from Fife Council and the Full Appraisal will be completed by June 2010. In February 2010, Fife Council undertook urgent works on the building to secure it and make it wind and watertight.

The site has now been sold and the new owner has plans to refurbish the historic buildings and develop the land behind. SBPT has offered assistance if this is required.
