Become a Member

The membership of the Trust is predominantly made up of people who have had a long association with the Trust.  While the continuity and experience of these members is valued, the Trustees recognise the benefits of attracting new members to energise the Trust and provide a broad base of experience and skills.  A wide membership provides a pool from which new Trustees can be appointed to refresh the management of the Trust and ensure that the paid staff receive the support and leadership needed to drive the Trust forward.  It is also recognised that as the Trust becomes more active and starts to deliver projects, membership will be more attractive but as we believe that 2009 will be an exciting year in the development of the Trust, we are keen to start our recruitment drive now.
